- Eligibility for Refunds: Items returned within 30 days of receiving your order are eligible for a refund if they display clear manufacturing defects. Defects may include discrepancies in size, style, hair material, cap construction, or color not matching the description. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, who will promptly assist you.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, factory condition—unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached and in their original packaging. As we do not resell refurbished or previously owned products, adherence to this condition is required for eligibility.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service team for confirmation. After approval, you may send back the item, and upon receiving and inspecting it, we will process your refund, applying it to your original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Alternatively, you may keep the product and discuss a partial refund directly with our customer service team.
